“Visiting from out of state and got a flat tire. From the initial phone call, everyone was very helpful and friendly. They took my car in on Friday afternoon and had me on my way by Saturday. From all three employees that I thanked for their help they told me, “That’s what we are here for, to help.” Thank you for making a very stressful situation easier.”

These guys were amazing. I went in looking to get a valve stem replaced on my tire. They said they were totally booked up and couldn’t fit me in, but the guy at the counter said he’d knock it out really quick for me. I brought the tire around and it was fixed in 5 minutes. Can’t recommend these guys enough, the whole experience took about 15 minutes, and I couldn’t be happier!

The AC in my car was messed up, and I did not realize it was a major problem until a few days before a big road trip I had planned. I took it into VIP Tires and Service in Brookline, MA, and they had my AC fixed within 2 days. These guys don’t mess around! 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be back for all of my car needs.

Every visit also includes several free preventative services, such as multi-point vehicle inspections, alignment checks, brake inspections, tire safety inspections, and battery testing.
The right time to get an oil change depends on your vehicle and the type of oil it uses. Every oil change at VIP includes a free multi-point vehicle safety inspection performed by an ASE Certified technician.
Yes, you can safely leave your vehicle and keys after hours at our Auburn location by using the black box drop slot located by the garage door.

If you notice that your tires frequently lose air pressure, or that your vehicle is pulling to one side, you should have your tires inspected. You should regularly check your tires for common signs of wear or damage, such as visibly worn tread, cracking, or bulging on the sidewalls. In addition to flat repairs, tire rotations, and tire installation, VIP offers free tire safety inspections at every location, so if you’re unsure, a technician can take a look at no charge.

Yes, and A/C issues are worth getting looked at sooner rather than later. A/C issues that are left to linger can lead to compressor damage which is a much bigger repair. Bring it in and we’ll diagnose what’s going on and get you back to feeling cool and comfortable in your car.
Electrical problems can be tricky to pinpoint, but some common symptoms are flickering lights, accessories or shifters that stop working or work intermittently, and a battery that seems to keep draining. While tricky, our Certified Automotive Professionals have all the tools to track down the problems and give clear, actionable guidance on next steps to fix them.
Of course! Our team is happy to look at any issues with your muffler or exhaust system. A louder exhaust usually means your muffler or exhaust system needs attention. If it’s left alone, it can get worse and more expensive. Our Certified Automotive Professionals will take a look and give you the straight answer you need to get a quieter, more comfortable ride back.

All-Season tires are versatile and suitable for warm and cool climates, but not recommended for extreme hot or cold weather conditions because of specific rubber components.
Like their name suggests, all-weather tires are versatile and can perform well in a variety of weather conditions and can be severe snow-rated.
With bigger treads than traditional all-season tires, all-terrain tires allow for both on and off-roading capabilities.
Winter tires are manufactured to perform well in snow, ice, sleet and other cold weather conditions. Winter tires are typically soft, with an intricate grooved tread pattern — made for holding compacted snow and creating traction — and are severe snow-rated.
