This contest is sponsored by VIP Inc. (d.b.a VIP Tires & Service), 24 Harriman Drive, Auburn, Maine 04210 (“Sponsor”).

Open to legal residents of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Winners will be pulled at 2 a.m. ET on August 1, 2026.

During the Entry Period, visit the official contest landing page at https://www.vipauto.com/100k-mile-club. Complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, your vehicle’s make, model, year, and current mileage. You will also need to submit a photo of your odometer that includes a handwritten note that legibly shows your name and the current date.

If you enter via text, you will receive a confirmation text message from VIP Tires & Service asking you to reply “START.” You must reply “START” to confirm your opt-in and be officially entered. Each person may enter once during the Entry Period. Duplicate or automated entries are void. No purchase is required. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent does not require you to make a purchase.

100 Prizes: One (1) $10 VIP Branded Dunkin’ gift card, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.

1 Prize: One (1) winner will be selected for the Most Mileage prize and receive a GoPro LIT Hero (ARV: $179).
1 Prize: One (1) winner will be selected for the Oldest Vehicle prize and receive a $100 VIP Rewards Card (ARV: $100).
1 Prize: One (1) winner will be selected for the Best Story prize and receive a $100 VIP Rewards Card (ARV: $100).

Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $1,379. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period between July 1 and July 31, 2026. Winners will be drawn on August 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by text message or phone call within five (5) business days following the drawing; winner reference will be provided. Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to this contest are final and binding. Entrants will be updated via email should any change occur. Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, or for any technical failures of any kind.

The contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
