Meet Ramsey! He’s a ‘Very Important Pup’!

In an ongoing monthly series, VIP is sponsoring “Very Important Pups” that need a home. Once a month, we’ll be sponsoring a dog from the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland in Westbrook, ME. This month’s pup is Ramsey!

Meet Ramsey, a 2-year-old shepherd mix who recently arrived in Maine from Oklahoma. He loves exploring new places and spaces. Ramsey would love a family who will show him all the great things there are to do in Maine like hiking mountains and splashing at the beach. He’s ready to call Maine home and is looking for his new human BFF. Maybe that is you?

Ramsey is handsome, smart and loving! He enjoys going for walks with his family. He may enjoy taking in some hikes, and can’t resist a good chin scratch. Ramsey loves learning new things. He would do great in an ARLGP clicker training class and with his smarts we know he’ll be a quick study. We ask that any children in the home and any resident dogs come in and meet Ramsey before making any decisions.
