Meet Perla! She’s a ‘Very Important Pup’!

In an ongoing monthly series, VIP is sponsoring “Very Important Pups” that need a home. Once a month, we’ll be sponsoring a dog from the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland in Westbrook, ME. When you adopt the VIP pup that we’ve sponsored, you’ll receive a great take-home bag filled with tons of goodies for your new family member courtesy of VIP!

This month’s pup is Perla!

Meet Perla, an 8-year-old mix who has a whole lot of love to give! Perla loves going for walks and would love a family to continue her walks to help her shed some extra pounds. Perla is also one of the biggest snugglers you’ll ever meet (we haven’t told her she is a bit too big to be a lap dog). If sweet, snugly and loving is what you are looking for in a dog, Perla is your girl.

Perla would prefer a home where she doesn’t have to live with cats. We ask that any children in the home and any resident dogs come in and meet Perla before making any decisions. If you think you’re the perfect family for this big love bug, you can meet her at the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland.
