  • How are alignment checks performed at VIP?

    Alignment checks may be performed using a Hunter Alignment Rack, where your vehicle is brought onto the rack and measured directly by our Technicians. This helps identify potential alignment issues that could affect tire wear, handling, and overall vehicle performance.

  • Can I drop my car off when you’re closed?

    Yes! You can safely drop your vehicle off after hours by using our drop box on the side of the building by the garage bay. Just fill out the envelope, place your keys inside, then drop it through slot in first garage bay door.

  • Does this location have a Master Car Mechanic?

    Yes, our Bedford location has two Master Technicians! Chris Bowley and Kevin Donovan. This is the highest level of certification and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair — we’re very proud to have them on our team.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    We do, however, our lineup for any day can vary. We recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time so we can get you in and out at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • Are your waiting rooms dog-friendly?

    Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you in the waiting area.

  • Can I wait for my car while it’s being worked on?

    Absolutely. We have a waiting room equipped with free wifi, coffee, a TV, air conditioning, and a restroom. Whether you plan to wait with your vehicle or drop it off, let us know when you make your appointment or when you drop off your car so we can plan your appointment accordingly.

  • What holidays are you closed on?

    VIP Tires & Service is closed on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.

  • Do you perform inspections?

    Our ASE-certified Technicians can perform advanced multi-point vehicle inspections to help identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, and potential issues before they become more costly repairs. We inspect important components such as brakes, fluids, filters, and suspension to help keep you safe on the road according to New Hampshire regulations.
