Live event kicks off two promotions from July 10 to August 21, with Joe’s and VIP offering $50 off any $100+ service and donating oil change proceeds to Waterbury Public Schools
On July 10th, Joe’s Tire Shop and VIP Tires & Service — Northern New England’s leader in all things tires and service — announced that the company’s Waterbury, Connecticut location hosted a customer appreciation event. The live event kicked off two promotions running from July 10 to August 21: $50 off any $100+ service and “Oil Changes for Education,” with any Valvoline oil change offered for just $10 and 100 percent of the proceeds going to Waterbury Public Schools.

To support local communities, VIP has offered similar “Oil Changes for Education” promotions at many of its other locations across New England. Only diesel is excluded from the promoted oil changes.
VIP is New England’s largest privately held automotive service provider and tire dealer. Based in Auburn, Maine, the company operates over 70 locations in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Each store is staffed with Tire Industry Association-certified automotive professionals seven days a week, earning automotive customers of life.
“It is so nice to reward our customers and give back to the local community that has supported us as Joe’s Tire Shop and now as VIP Tires & Service,” said Rich Dibeneditto, the Waterbury store manager and former owner of Joe’s Tire Shop. “People rely on us to provide the best possible tires and service at reasonable prices, and we want them to know just how much we appreciate their business. Serving customers isn’t just about doing our jobs; we also want to go the extra mile. We are excited to bring VIP’s Oil Changes for Education program to Waterbury to support the local school system.”
