Alissa oversees the Merrimack team, including our master technicians. Outside of work, Alissa enjoys riding her motorcycle in the warmer months and hitting the trails on her snowmobile during winter. Stopped by for a battery change without an appointment, they had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Asked for additional support (know of anyone that does seat rip repairs?), was recommended a guy in Nashua that does this work. Friendly staff, quick service, I was very happy.

  • Do you perform inspections?

    Our ASE-certified Technicians can perform advanced multi-point vehicle inspections to help identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, and potential issues before they become more costly repairs. We inspect important components such as brakes, fluids, filters, and suspension to help keep you safe on the road according to New Hampshire regulations.

  • Does this location have a master Technician?

    Yes! Master Technician Steven Blevins is based at Merrimack VIP Tires & Service. A Master Technician is the highest level of certification and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair- we’re very proud to have him on our team.

  • Can I drop my car off when you’re closed?

    Yes, you can safely leave your vehicle and keys after hours at our Merrimack location by using the key drop-off box.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    We do, however, our lineup for any day can vary. We recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time so we can get you in and out at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • Are your waiting rooms dog-friendly?

    Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you in the waiting area.

  • Can I wait for my car while it’s being worked on?

    Absolutely. We have a waiting room equipped with free wifi, coffee, a TV, air conditioning, and a restroom. Whether you plan to wait with your vehicle or drop it off, let us know when you make your appointment or when you drop off your car so we can plan your appointment accordingly.

  • What holidays are you closed on?

    VIP Tires & Service is closed on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.
