  • Do you perform state inspections?

    Yes, our Maine locations provide official Maine State Inspections. Our certified Technicians can inspect your vehicle to help ensure it meets all state safety requirements and gets you back on the road with confidence.

  • Does this location have a Master Car Mechanic?

    Yes! World Class Master Technician Brian Thibodeau works out of our Lewiston Sabattus Street location and has been with VIP for 30 years. A Master Technician is the highest level of certification and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair – we’re very prouf to have them on our team.

  • Can I drop my car off when you’re closed?

    Yes, you can safely leave your vehicle and keys after hours at our Lewiston location by using the drop slot located on the service bay door.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    We do, however, our lineup for any day can vary. We recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time so we can get you in and out at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • Are your waiting rooms dog-friendly?

    Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you in the waiting area.

  • Can I wait for my car while it’s being worked on?

    Absolutely. We have a waiting room equipped with free wifi, coffee, a TV, air conditioning, and a restroom. Whether you plan to wait with your vehicle or drop it off, let us know when you make your appointment or when you drop off your car so we can plan your appointment accordingly.

  • What holidays are you closed on?

    VIP Tires & Service is closed on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.
