Susan has been with VIP since 2022 and has grown her career from a new service writer with little automotive experience to Assistant Manager at the Augusta location, and now Service Manager in Farmington. She holds her Maine State Inspection License and oversees the Farmington team, including our master technician. Outside of work, Susan is a proud wife and mom to three amazing children. She has been involved in the equestrian world for the past 25 years and now enjoys introducing her daughter to this life.   • Can I wait for my car while it’s being worked on?

    Absolutely. We have a waiting room equipped with free wifi, coffee, a TV, air conditioning, and a restroom. Whether you plan to wait with your vehicle or drop it off, let us know when you make your appointment or when you drop off your car so we can plan your appointment accordingly.

  • What holidays are you closed on?

    VIP Tires & Service is closed on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.

  • Do you perform state inspections?

    Yes, our Maine locations provide official Maine State Inspections. Our certified Technicians can inspect your vehicle to help ensure it meets all state safety requirements and gets you back on the road with confidence.

  • Does this location have a master Technician?

    Yes! Master Technician Shawn Ragsdale is based at Farmington VIP Tires & Service and has been for the past 15 years. A Master Technician is the highest level of certification and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair- we’re very proud to have them on our team.
