I had the best experience at the Concord location today. My daughter's car needed a new battery. Got there right when they opened. Cory was very professional and got the car in right away. Very thankful for the quick turnaround time. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

  • What holidays are you closed on?

    VIP Tires & Service is closed on: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.

  • Do you perform inspections?

    Our ASE-certified Technicians can perform advanced multi-point vehicle inspections to help identify safety concerns, maintenance needs, and potential issues before they become more costly repairs. We inspect important components such as brakes, fluids, filters, and suspension to help keep you safe on the road according to New Hampshire regulations.

  • Does this location have a Master Car Mechanic?

    Yes, Master Technician Tim Gagnon is located at our Concord store. A Master Technician is the highest level of certification and expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair- we’re very proud to have them on our team.

  • Can I drop my car off when you’re closed?

    Yes, you can safely leave your vehicle and keys after hours at our Concord location by dropping your keys through a slot on the side door, next to the first garage bay door.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    We do, however, our lineup for any day can vary. We recommend scheduling an appointment ahead of time so we can get you in and out at a time that’s convenient for you.

  • Are your waiting rooms dog-friendly?

    Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you in the waiting area.

  • Can I wait for my car while it’s being worked on?
