Curbside Check-In Service

Recently, we announced that we’re starting a Curbside Check-In Service at all 59 VIP locations. Just as your favorite restaurants are offering different options to promote social distancing and limit the number of people within their buildings, so is VIP. We are taking the precautions and advice from the CDC seriously and want to provide options for our customers to be able to feel confident that we are listening and taking their health and wellbeing into account.

What is Curbside Check-In Service?

Curbside Check-In Service is a way for you to drop off your vehicle, check-in with one of our technicians at the desk, and even pay and pick up your car without having to step into the building. In some states, currently, there are limits to the number of customers you can have waiting in your building at any one time. VIP’s Curbside Check-In lets you not have to come into the building to get your work done on your vehicle.

Why do I want to use this service?

This service is excellent for someone who has a ride home and needs something done on their vehicle but isn’t comfortable waiting in the waiting room. Perhaps you’re part of the vulnerable community at this time, but need your car to be in working condition. With our Curbside Check-In Service, you can drop your vehicle off and not have to risk sitting in our waiting room for an extended amount of time. Our stores have taken extra precautions in our waiting rooms by cleaning and sanitizing the areas of our stores most frequented often, but sometimes it’s just nice to have your living room be your waiting room.

It’s easy! Just pull into the parking lot of your favorite VIP, call the store and let them know that you’re waiting to Check-In. You may need to describe your vehicle to the technician with color, make, and model. Then, our technician will come out and do a visual inspection of your car, maintain a respectful 6′ distance, and ask you what you’d like to do today. Then, you can head home! Once our technicians have had a chance to look over your vehicle, we’ll call you with an estimate and get verbal approval to start the work. When the work is all done, we’ll promptly give you a call to let you know. Our technicians will also sanitize what they touch in your vehicle. You can even pay over the phone.

Where is Curbside Check-In Available?

At all 59 VIP locations! We even have a sign on the front door with the phone number to that store so that you can quickly call and let them know that you’d like to do Curbside Check-In Service.

When is Curbside Check-In Available?

It’s available now at all VIP locations. Need work done? You can call or schedule your next appointment online. As an essential business, we’re committed to being there for our customers who need us. You can always turn to VIP.

All-Season

All-Season tires are versatile and suitable for warm and cool climates, but not recommended for extreme hot or cold weather conditions because of specific rubber components.

All-Weather

Like their name suggests, all-weather tires are versatile and can perform well in a variety of weather conditions and can be severe snow-rated.

All-Terrain

With bigger treads than traditional all-season tires, all-terrain tires allow for both on and off-roading capabilities.

Winter

Winter tires are manufactured to perform well in snow, ice, sleet and other cold weather conditions. Winter tires are typically soft, with an intricate grooved tread pattern — made for holding compacted snow and creating traction — and are severe snow-rated.
