Open to legal residents of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on November 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 15, 2025 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

During the Entry Period, visit the official contest landing page at https://bit.ly/VIPContest2025 or text “VIP Contest” to 81544. Complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number. You will receive a confirmation text message from VIP Tires & Service asking you to reply “START.” You must reply “START” to confirm your opt-in and be officially entered. Each person may enter once during the Entry Period. Duplicate or automated entries are void. No purchase is required. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. • Grand Prize: One (1) Nintendo Switch 2 bundle (7 items), Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000. • Second Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive a $25 Amazon gift card (ARV: $25 each). • Third Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive a VIP Savings Coupon Book (retail cost $99; coupon value over $500). Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $1,745. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about December 15, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by text message or phone call within five (5) business days following the drawing, winner reference will be provided. Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to this contest are final and binding.
