Effective January 1, 2026 no new enrollments will be accepted in the VIP Reward Program.
Effective January 1, 2026 rewards points will no longer be awarded.
Customers can continue to redeem valid points through December 31, 2026.
1. REDEMPTION: Members may redeem their points for a discount on any purchase at VIP Tires & Service made in-store or online. Points may be redeemed on the purchase price of products and services and cannot be used towards the payment of sales tax, shipping charges, handling charges or for the purchase of gift cards.
2. EXPIRATION: Any and all unused points and/or rewards will expire 12 months from the date of the original transaction when the points were earned.
3. EXCLUSIONS: Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be shared, transferred, combined or aggregated to make purchases or for any other reason. Points earned from a transaction cannot be redeemed on the same transaction.
4. NO CASH VALUE: VIP Rewards/Points have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed either in whole or in part for cash. Credits do not constitute property of any member or other person and may not be brokered, bartered, attached, pledged, gifted, sold or otherwise transferred for consideration, other than by VIP Tires & Service or as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, and any receipt or use of credits in violation of the terms and conditions herein will render such Rewards/Points void.
By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program rules. VIP Tires & Service reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy, at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice and any such changes would be stated in an updated version of these Terms. VIP Tires & Service may make changes to these Terms & Conditions even though such changes may affect the Member’s ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these Terms & Conditions, so review these Terms regularly. A Member’s points balance, as reflected in VIP’s records, shall be deemed conclusive and correct. VIP Tires & Service reserves the right to determine the number of points in any Member’s account based on VIP’s internal records related to such Member’s Account and purchase transactions. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member’s Account and VIP’s internal records, VIP’s internal records will control and may be verified by a review of transaction data. VIP Tires & Service assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. VIP Tires & Service may revoke any Member’s membership in the Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow these Terms. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member’s eligibility for participation in any other VIP program.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ADDITIONAL TERMS:BY ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM AND REDEEMING THE REWARDS, THE MEMBER AGREES THAT VIP TIRES & SERVICE AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY MEMBERS OR ANY PERSON FOR, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN OR NEGLECTED TO BE TAKEN WITH REGARD TO THE PROGRAM, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ERRORS IN POSTING POINTS TO ACCOUNTS. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR (A) LOSS OR MISDIRECTION OF, OR DELAY IN RECEIVING, ANY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, CORRESPONDENCE, OR REWARDS/REWARD CERTIFICATES; (B) THEFT OR UNAUTHORIZED REDEMPTION OF CREDITS OR REWARDS OR USE OF A REWARD CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF US OR OUR REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS; (C) ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING); OR (D ) ANY ERRORS PUBLISHED IN RELATION TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, ERRORS OF DESCRIPTION, AND ERRORS IN THE CREDITING OR DEBITING OF CREDITS FROM MEMBER ACCOUNTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT, WITHOUT NOTICE, ANY ERRORS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DELAY IN OR FAILURE TO PERFORM DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY ACT OF GOD, ACT OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTER, TERRORISM, OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF A THIRD PARTY. THE SOLE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM (WHETHER YOUR CLAIM IS BASED IN LAW OR EQUITY) SHALL BE THE CREDITING OR RE-CREDITING TO YOUR PROGRAM ACCOUNT OF REWARDS/POINTS IN AN AMOUNT NO GREATER THAN THE NUMBER OF REWARDS/POINTS AT ISSUE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, EVERYTHING REGARDING THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND THE REWARDS, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. Neither the Program nor any Reward or benefit offered by the Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by Members against VIP Tires & Service.
All-Season tires are versatile and suitable for warm and cool climates, but not recommended for extreme hot or cold weather conditions because of specific rubber components.
Like their name suggests, all-weather tires are versatile and can perform well in a variety of weather conditions and can be severe snow-rated.
With bigger treads than traditional all-season tires, all-terrain tires allow for both on and off-roading capabilities.
Winter tires are manufactured to perform well in snow, ice, sleet and other cold weather conditions. Winter tires are typically soft, with an intricate grooved tread pattern — made for holding compacted snow and creating traction — and are severe snow-rated.
