VIP Parts, Tires & Service offers its customers a lifetime warranty on most hard parts. If a part fails VIP will replace it free. Warranty return will be on an exchange basis. The customer must return the part with original register receipt. Warranties only apply to the original purchaser for private, non-commercial use, and only to the vehicle in which the product was originally installed and/or used within. Neither warrantor nor manufacturer shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, indirect and special damages resulting from defects in the product. This warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, towing or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including fire, vandalism or wreckage), misuse, neglect, tampering, or failure to follow manufacture’s operating and/or installation instructions. Parts sourced from non VIP suppliers (i.e. outside purchases or special orders) will be covered under the manufacturers standard warranty policy. There are some select parts which are considered wearable items and certain value line parts that are not covered by the VIP Lifetime Warranty.
